How to Delete Google Maps History on Mobile
You may also delete your Google Maps search history directly from the app. Although the procedures below are intended for Android, iPhone and iPad users should also be able to follow them. To delete Google Maps search history on Android, iPhone, and iPad, follow these steps:
- Launch the Google Maps application.
- Choose your profile symbol (top-right).
- Choose the appropriate Google account from the pop-up menu.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose Maps History from the Settings menu.
- Hit Delete and choose a deletion time window.
Why can’t I get rid of my Google Maps history?
